• Promote family focused intervention options
• Encouraging parents and children to express their needs and desires in shaping policy and be sure that they are heard

Community Options

• Represents all children in the county and the strengths, needs and challenges they face
• Aimed at improving our community as a whole by ensuring that all children have the opportunity to develop into well-balanced, healthy productive members of society
• All children have needs; regardless of family structure, socio-ecomnomic factors, health or other factors
• As a community we have a responsibility to all of our children

Family Options

• This group represents those children and families that have a direct service need
• Children's needs are a direct challenege to one or more of our key childhood aspects
• It is our responsibility to respond to the challenges our children and families face by providing them the opportunity to overcome challenges
• Family Options are services and strategies targeted at those children and families in our community that are in need.

• Represents children and families that have penetrated one or more of the service delivery systems and have significant needs and challenges
• Children are substantially at risk and the child and/or family requires assistance
• Our community has a responsibility to provide a firm safety net to ensure every opportunity for success extends to those most in need
• Service Options is specific and targeted to those in our community that are most vulnerable, in need and in crisis
